Independent Operation Steps of AC Oil Injector:

1. Start the car engine and turn on the AC switch, adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting while turning the blower to maximum.
2. Unscrew the cap on the top of the injector, pour the liquid (refrigerator oil, fluorescent dye, leak detection dye) into the cylinder, and then tighten the cap. Ensure that the shut-off valve of the injector is closed before adding any liquid.
3. Connect the R134A coupler to the injector and the low-pressure filler port of the car air conditioner with the R134A low-pressure quick connector.
4. Turn off the AC switch and open the ball valve of the injector. If the injector cylinder is not filled with oil, press the exhaust valve on the injector for 5-10 seconds to remove air. Wait for the refrigerant to return for 30 seconds.
5. Turn on the AC switch, step on the accelerator at idle speed, and increase the speed to 2000 RPM for at least 10 seconds to ensure complete filling. Keep the injector vertical during this process.
6. After using the injector tool, clean it with detergent.

Operation Steps for AC Oil Injector Use with Single/Double-meter Manifold Gauge:

• Close the ball valve of the injector and pour refrigerant oil into the filling cylinder.
• Connect the blue pipe joint of the double-meter valve three-color tube to the filling cylinder and ensure a tight seal.
• Connect the yellow tube connector to a bottle of refrigerant with the bottle opener.
• Connect the quick connector to the injector and then to the low-pressure port of the car air conditioner.
• Open the ball valve of the injector, allowing the refrigerant to fill the system.
• Use the AC oil and dye injector kit with various refrigerants and oil types, making it suitable for all air conditioning systems.
